Additional Notice

• The price includes: daily rent, use of electricity, water and gas in the normal range, weekly change of bed linen.
• Residence tax per person and night: from 1. November to 1. March is 5.00 KN (Ca.0.60 €), and from 1 March to 1 July 6.00 KN (about 0.80 €), from 1. July to 1. October 8.00 KN (about 1.00 €) and from 1. October to the 1. November 5.00 KN (Ca.0,60 €). Children up to 11.99 years do not have to pay / persons from 12 to 17.99 years pay 50%.
• Final cleaning: 40 €
• If the period of stay is shorter than 4 nights, the prices grow for 30%.
• Pets: 10 € daily.
